Special Offer #2 - FREE hosting for New Zealand Micro Heli Clubs / Groups

As we are MicroHelis New Zealand, we want to encourage, nurture, and support the formation, and development, of Micro-Heli clubs and groups in New Zealand.  To this end, we are offering FREE hosting to genuine New Zealand MicroHeli clubs and groups.

To qualify for this free hosting offer, your club/group will need to prove their actual existance by meeting the following requirements.

• Be an active group, flying micro or mini helis, with at least three active members. 
• (Note that you DO NOT need to be an NZMAA registered club.)
• Have least three members that have photos of themselves flying thier heli(s).
• Have a separate photo of those members' helis with some details about the machine.
• Be willing to provide email addresses for at least those three members. (REAL email addresses, NOT hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, msn et al.)
• Be willing to provide real names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the same three members for verification purposes.

Once you have the above sorted out, the chosen three members should each email microclub@web-wide-hosting.com with a subject line of  "Application for free hosting for yourclubname" .

In this email (which must come from a REAL email address remember!) the members will need to include their real names, addresses, and phone numbers, along with a photo of themselves flying their micro, and a seperate photo of the same heli. 

They will also need to indicate what the club's preferred domain name is, and which of the members will be the webmaster of the site. 

Once we have verified the accuracy of the information, we will set up the account and advise the appointed webmaster of the account details.  When that has been done, you can go ahead and start building your free website.

Along with the standard terms and conditions of Microhelis New Zealand / Web Wide Hosting, free club web site accounts also carry two further conditions.

• The free club web site must be used solely for communication with, information about, and the promotion of, the club/group in question.  The site must NOT be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
• A simple text  "This site is hosted free of charge by Microhelis New Zealand and Web Wide Hosting" linkback tag must be displayed on the main page of the site. (You may include this tag on any/every other page if you wish, but at a minmum it must be displayed on the main page of the site.)

Microhelis New Zealand Hosting Special Terms and Conditions

To preserve this special offer for micro-heli pilots and enthusiats, we do have some terms and conditions that are attached to both this offer and any other microheli(s).xxx web site hosting plan. 

• The web site MUST be micro or mini heli related. 
• Personal/Club sites about your helis are fine.
• Related sites such as heli aerodynamics,  electronics (directly related to micro or mini helis), tutorials, and full size heli reference sites are generally also acceptable.
• SItes about tennis, your plumbing business, TV programs, or anything not related to flying radio controlled model helicopters are NOT acceptable.
• If you are unsure whether your site meets the critera email microhelp@web-wide-hosting.com with an overview of your site and we'll give you an answer.
• We regret to advise that commercial sites can not be hosted under the microheli(s).xxx(x) domains.  For commercial operations that are micro mini heli related, please email commicro@web-wide-hosting.com for alternative arrangements.   For commercial operations, the 25% discount offer is assessed on a case by case basis and may well still apply.

The above terms and conditions are in addition to the TOS and AUP agreements of Web Wide Hosting.  Breach of these conditions will result in a suspension of the users account, while the user is given the opportunity to remedy the breach.  If the breach is not remedied then the account will be terminated without refund.
